10. Service Level and Availability

While we strive to ensure Savah is always available, no service can be guaranteed to be 100% uptime. You may contact our support team for any issues affecting access.

Where applicable, Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for enterprise accounts are defined separately.

11. Modifications to Terms or Service

We reserve the right to modify these Terms, services, or pricing at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and updated with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of Savah after such changes constitutes acceptance.

  • Downgrades apply from the end of the current billing cycle.
  • No partial refunds are issued.

Changing plans may result in the loss of certain features or data. Savah accepts no liability for such loss.

13. Termination and Survival

Either party may terminate the agreement in the event of a material breach that is not cured within 14 days of written notice. Upon termination, all rights granted to you will cease immediately.

Clauses relating to intellectual property, confidentiality, limitations of liability, and governing law shall survive termination.

14. Force Majeure
