  1. How do I connect Azure DevOps work items to my dashboard?
    You can connect Azure DevOps by navigating to the Integrations tab, selecting Azure DevOps, and authorizing your Azure Account. Once linked, you can map specific ADO projects to your workspace in seconds.

  2. Does this integration support bi-directional syncing?
    Yes. Any updates made to a Jira issue (status, description, or due date) will automatically reflect in Savah, and vice versa, ensuring your team stays aligned without manual updates.

  3. Can I map custom work item fields to Savah?
    Absolutely. Our integration allows you to map standard fields like “Summary” and “Assignee,” as well as any custom fields you’ve configured in your Azure instance.

  4. Is my data secure?
